tag der clubkultur award 2022

For the trophy of the Tag der Clubkultur Award 2022, we created a serie of 40 unique sculptures. Using pigmented clay as a main material, we shaped organic and fluid surfaces, that seems to be in constant movement.

The intertwined multicolored landscape of complex uniqueness, can be percieved at different levels: as a group or as single units. Such is the diversity of the members of the Club Scene of the Berlin city.

The trophies are filled up with details, small imperfections and fascinating secrets, which invite to get closer, get explored, discovered and even touched... The stone like character of the fired ceramic is heavy as an anchor, wishing the roots of the Award Winning Clubs to grow over stable soil and thrive towards a prosperous future
